12 months

 

Well folks, it's official...we have a one year old.  She has filled our lives with joy, laughter, and adventure.  She has already taught us many lessons in patience, faith, and love.  Crosby, mommy and daddy love you so much!  Happy 12 months!

21 lbs 12 oz - 60%

31 inches - 95%

We have one tall, healthy, happy girl!

Milestones reached:

-Clap and raise hands to "If you're happy and you know it"

-Plays peek-a-boo by covering one eye with the back of her hand

-Stand from the seated position

-Feed herself 

-Carry multiple items around at any given time: 3 beanie babies, 3 blocks, toys in hand and mouth

-Sleeping from 7pm to 7am

-Turns book pages all by herself

-Has flown to MN 5 times (that's 10 flights folks)

-Gives kisses (but she's stingy with them)

-Enjoys bath time and pool time

-Has 5 teeth

-Drinks from a cup with a straw

-Is a copy cat (she's a sponge)

-Will sign "more" and "all done"

Party!

One whole year!  Crosby Eleanor turned one on June 10th.  Everyone always said the days can be long, but the years are short.  How true those words are.  We've been on quite the adventure over this past year. Tim and I thank God for such a happy and healthy little girl.  We are so blessed to have her in our lives.  

We threw her a little birthday party on Saturday the 9th.  Grammie and Papa were in town to help us get ready for her party, as well as to help us celebrate.  They were a HUGE help and we could not have done it without them.  Crosby is one lucky lady to have so many people love on her!

I will post later with her 1 year old stats from the doctor along with our final monthly onesie pictures.

MN Trip: Visiting Nannie and Big Papa - Love Crosby

While Mollie and I were in town, our mommies thought it would be fun to take a quick trip to see Nannie and Big Papa at their house.  Auntie Kitty and mommy made sure that we each had our snack and water bottles for the visit.  They have a fun area outside where we could run around.  It was so much fun to see them!
