fall=football

even though it is no where near being close to fall weather, fall has started here in the great state of texas. tim and i were lucky to have the opportunity to go to our very first texas college football game. and what better way to start than by going to college station to watch the aggies play. not only was is it super hot, but tim and i did not have aggie wear. first stop, a & m bookstore to get our maroon on. once we were decked out in the school colors, we had no problem blending in. thanks jacob and amanda for letting us use your tickets! we had a blast.

it's been a long time....

i realize that it has been a long time since my last update. so sorry...

i have been going through old photos over the past few days and i can across one of my sister and i with our grandpa alvin. we spent a lot of time on the farm growing up. tabi spent most of her time playing with the animals in the barn, and i was spending my time with grandma in the house where it was clean. i miss those times. times were slower, we didn't have the worries and fears we have now as adults. i just plain miss being a kid.
