After an afternoon of food, naps, and quality cousin time we got in the car and drove 3 hours north to Floodwood. We thought for sure the girls would sleep the entire drive up....we thought wrong. We didn't take into consideration that the sun doesn't set until nearly 10pm. If the suns up, so is our little toddler. She enjoyed entertaining mommy and daddy with her songs and water tower sightings. The girl can spot a water tower miles away.
We got a good nights sleep and we were up with the sun (5am sharp). Once both of the little ladies were up, we drove to my dad's house to spend the day. Crosby was super excited to see Grandpa Tim, Deb and Boone! We are so thankful to all of our relatives who took time out of their day to spend time with us and our girls. It was a lot of fun catching up and sharing Crosby and Carter with them. Thank you dad and Deb for all of the delicious meals! Crosby loved picking beans and peas from the garden, who knew she loved raw peas and green beans?
